At Smeg Appliance Parts, we want to ensure your repair is successful, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all uninstalled, genuine replacement parts in their original packaging. Please note that electrical components that have been plugged in or installed are not eligible for return due to safety and manufacturer guidelines.
Verify Compatibility
Before initiating a return, confirm that the part was not installed or used. Check your Smeg model number against the part received to ensure it is the correct component for your specific appliance.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.
Package Securely
Place the item back in its original Smeg manufacturer packaging and use a sturdy outer shipping box. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a carrier that provides tracking information. Once our technicians inspect the part for its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
